With support and cooperation from the Petroleum Affairs Division (PAD), we have digitalised a large quantity of the exploration wells that have been drilled offshore Ireland with a particular focus on the Porcupine Basin.
Between 2017-2019, we also mobilised our core scanning equipment within the core repository in Dublin to set about collecting core scan data. Having also scanned a large quantity of petrographic thin sections, the final dataset comprises a comprehensive Digital Rock Atlas for the Irish offshore region.
